AGRITURISMO CORTE RONDINELLA, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dear guests, welcome and thank you for your interest in our property!

Please read the following rules and regulations carefully. We count on your cooperation to ensure a pleasant and special stay at our Agriturismo.

Each reservation, once confirmed, is considered a binding contract under current Italian law.

At the time of booking, the payment made is considered a non-refundable deposit and not an advance payment.

1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

➧ Check-in: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
➧ Check-out: by 10:00 AM

If necessary, different arrival or departure times may be arranged.
In case of check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight, with prior notice, a surcharge of €15.00 per person will apply.

In case of check-out later than the scheduled time and not agreed with Management, a surcharge of €10 for each additional hour will be applied.

At the time of booking, a payment of 30% of the total amount is required as a non-refundable deposit, which will be refunded in case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival.

2. SMOKING

  • Smoking in the rooms and indoor common areas is strictly prohibited.

3. PETS

  • Please keep your pets on a leash to avoid inconvenience with other guests and with our free-roaming animals on the property.
  • Pets are not allowed to sleep on the bed. Upon request, we can provide a pet bed for use in the room.

4. PARKING

  • The Agriturismo offers free private outdoor parking, unattended.

5. SECURITY

  • Management is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended in rooms or common areas.

6. GUEST REGISTRATION

  • For public security reasons, guests are not allowed to let other people access the accommodations at any time without Management approval.
  • IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HOST OVERNIGHT GUESTS WHO HAVE NOT CHECKED IN.

7. DURING THE NIGHT

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
  • ALWAYS close your room door gently to avoid disturbing others.
  • ALWAYS keep your voice low to ensure everyone can rest properly.

8. DURING YOUR STAY

  • Guests are kindly asked to behave respectfully inside the property throughout their stay towards other guests and the facilities provided (e.g. room keys, gate remote control, etc.).
  • Please do not modify, remove, or damage any furnishings or objects in the rooms and common areas.
  • Any misuse will be reported to local Public Security Authorities and any damages will be charged accordingly.

9. DAMAGES

  • Anyone causing damage to the building, furnishings, equipment, etc. will be held legally responsible under current regulations.
  • Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately.
  • Upon departure, staff will inspect the room and the cost of replacing damaged items or lost keys/remotes will be charged at check-out.

10. INVOICING

Upon request, we can issue an invoice.
Please provide billing details promptly; otherwise, we will be forced to issue a standard receipt, which cannot be cancelled later.
